Tips for Writing Social Media Posts
Customizing your social media to your intended audience—whether it’s friends, family, or your mom group—is going to be crucial when you sell the Hard Conversations Toolkit. We’ve found that the more personal you make your posts, the more likely you’ll be to make a connection with your peeps and share the value of this course. We have a couple sample posts below, but when you are writing your own copy, be sure to keep the following tips in mind:
+ Be specific. Share an incident when you had a hard conversation and gained value from it. Sharing your personal transformation is one of the most crucial ways you can share the value of this course.
+ Address the issues your community might be having. Maybe you know people who are navigating political differences in their family. Or people who are dealing with power struggles in their workplace. What are the hard conversations you know need to happen within your community?
+ Let people know the concrete benefits. People are often intimidated by the idea of having hard conversations and don’t see what they’ll get out of it. Paint a vivid picture of what it looks like on the other side. Maybe this means more confidence, more empathy, better communication, etc. Again, bring your own story into play and share how the toolkit has helped you grow.

I’m sure you’ve already noticed—we’re in some turbulent times. Many of us may feel tempted to curl up into a ball and pull the covers over our heads and wish that everything could just go back to normal. But “normal” is no longer an option. There’s only one solution I can think of: All of us, especially women, need to have the hard conversations. We need to step up and speak from our hearts—about racism, about systemic injustice, about the topics that threaten to keep us divided by virtue of our silence—and be the kind of change we want to see in the world. And I have just the tool to help you in this journey. Sign up for Women For One’s popular Hard Conversations Toolkit. Because hard conversations are exactly the ones we need to become more skilled at having. [ADD UNIQUE AFFILIATE LINK to HC promo page]
